My name is Sandy and I offer machine quilting in my home to help you finish all those unfinished projects you may
have. I have been playing with my 14 foot Gammill hand-guided Longarm quilting machine since 1999.
I have taught machine quilting since 1998, starting out teaching on
home sewing machines at Common Threads Quilt Shop, a local quilt shop in Alexandria, MN. This is where I got my bug for quilting.
Ruth the previous owner of Common Threads was one of my inspirations for purchasing my Gammill. Over the years I have
taking classes upon classes and moved on to teaching classes at home in Starbuck, MN.
The main person for the
inspiration and the encouragement to purchase my own Gammill is my DH, Dave. He took many trips with me to look at Longarm
Quilting Machines of different kinds. Since then my wonderful husband has encouraged, inspired, and even par took in many
quilt activities with me. WHAT A GUY!
If you are ever interested in learning how to machine quilt on your home
sewing machine, contact me and we can set up a personal class or bring your friends up to three for a class.
